so i have a website with Paypal donate button, so yestarday some guy sent me 30$ donation and today he made paypal dispute about 30$. I have paypal account for 6 years and its fully Verified with no any disputes and the past.. His account is NON-US and UNVerified . SO how big my chances winning that dispute or paypal is just gonna send him his 30$ back?

all i know is that he wants his 30$ donation back...

the buyer is hugely in favor. I have lost over $3000 to disputes that were fake

If they disputed do to it being unauthorized and you have not shipped anything you will probably lose.
ship what ? he sent me 30$ using paypal Donation button on my website. SO i dont know what he wants back from me

Remember The person who sends money has greater chances of winning a dispute what if he makes up a story that that it wasn't he who donated this some guy went into his account and donated it ? so i don't think so paypal will not listen to him anyways Good Luck

Never used the "donate" button.. but do know that for digital delivery, the odds are with the buyer.

since you delivered nothing? you are not going to win the
dispute...all this person has to say is something like:
"I though I was getting an ebook...."

best to:
1) refund the $$ and move on with better ways to spend your time

2) get rid of the 'donate' button, and offer various "$77 value" reports
for like $3-$7...likely to have a lot less refund requests, and if done
correctly will expand your customer list!

yeah you will lose paypal is a fuckin sham!!! i used to sell suff on ebay and now have stopped due to scammers

You'll get it because it's a donation. Only way you can lose it is with unauthorized payment but you can always tell paypal to check the login IP and other tracking stuff to be sure someone hacked his paypal and paid it. don't worry cheers!

To those that telling you that you'll lose because u didn't send him anything are fools, ffs it's DONATION!

When it comes to payPal, the "buyer" (whoever sent the money) has almost complete favour for the first 60 days. After that time period if it's disputed its anyones really.

I completely agree with studentcashnow...... payPal is a complete sham!!!

well hows this for a double wammy
on the 7th of January i received a payment
for 1 of my services. later that day the same
person filed unauthorized payment so i issued
a refund on the 9th as i still had the payment
in paypal. on january the 15th gaypal then put
me the same price of the refund in the red on my
account.. so i went from +75$ which i sent back
to the buyer my account then stood at 0.0 as it
should. then paypal put me 75$ in the red as well.
when i called them on the phone and asked why this
has cost me 150$ to repair my account they said it
was to cover the refund.. when i point out the refund
was 75$ and i had 75$ in my account account which i
have already sent as a refund - i demanded a reason
why i was also 75$ in the red as well.. total cost 150$
and i ended up with nothing.. man that day p1ssed me
right of
