Hey guys,

I paid money to a guy through PayPal to teach me cpa marketing method. But he teached me the method what i already know.(Before pay i said what are the methods i'm currently doing also). In that case, can i apply for dispute through paypal?

Yes. You can start a 'service/item not as described' claim. Supply all the proof you have and PayPal will decide. If the seller replies, PayPal will investigate further. If the seller doesn't reply, you'll won the case automatically.

If his service not comply with module, then u may go for dispute with valid proof, without valid proof u r not gonna won the dispute case

Hi absolutely you can! you can make dispute and a case will open by paypal. Paypal ask to your receiver about your dispute issue, if receiver unable for satisfactory, paypal will decide who win the case according to fact

When u have sent the money as Family and Friends to him, then u can’t do a dispute.

First, talk to him about the course and let him know you're not satisfied as they are stuff you know before.

If he agrees to refund or add up something as a compliment, then no need.

But if he plays stubborn and hard to reason with. Go ahead.

Did he provide the outline before you pay, if yes, did he teach everything as listed, if yes, no need to raise a dispute?
