Paypal dispute on a service ?

He was paid as a service to perform at a event in which he did, however, the club owner did not promote the club well enough and did not make the money back that he spent. So he decided to open a cash saying he did not come and perform. Now I got video from that night so I want to know how do you win such a thing when it comes to a service? I have video of the performance that is one thing, but what other evidence would you need with this type of payment because I am so use to "Goods" if you are more educated on the "services" side please explain so I can explain to him.
