I'm speaking here in reference to my friend. He was paid as a service to perform at a event in which he did, however, the club owner did not promote the club well enough and did not make the money back that he spent. So he decided to open a cash saying he did not come and perform. Now I got video from that night so I want to know how do you win such a thing when it comes to a service? I have video of the performance that is one thing, but what other evidence would you need with this type of payment because I am so use to "Goods" if you are more educated on the "services" side please explain so I can explain to him.

Tell paypal he bought a service for virtual items. Paypal will close the dispute.

PayPal does not offer the same buyer protection for intangible items so he can easily win this dispute by just responding.
