Hi

A few months ago I made a few purchases of Traffic Monsoon ad-packs. The money was in my PP balance (not Credit Card). I have never made any withdrawals if that matters.
As you probably know, TM is a scam and I would like to get my money back.

From what I heard, I have a really small chance if I open a normal dispute so I would like to tell PayPal that this is a unauthorized transaction. What do you think, what are my chances? I need some opinions from PP experts.
I can pay you for help if you tell me how to win and it works. Hook me up please - Skype limmak1991

If it wasn't an unauthorized transaction, don't say it is. Thats where i would start.

It was authorized and was you provided with any invoice? If no for invoice issue you can open dispute.

Did the transaction represent a large sum of money? Hopefully you didn't lose too much.
As JK said I wouldn't try an unauthorized transaction, as it was clearly authorized

I had two different IP's (proxies) to log in and they already closed my Stealth account. It could work.

I do not really understand what invoice you are talking about. Do you know what TM is? It was sent as a normal payment, not invoiced.

around $1500 in three payments

If TM is a scam then i would imagine a hell of alot of people have made claims so i would just go ahead with a normal claim since paypal will know they are scammers already.

You paid for traffic and it didn't convert, boohoo.

I don't know the network but if they are providing real visitors ( probably popudder ) of course it will not convert. People with adwords traffic can make a dime so I don't see them opening disputes asking for the money back.

The thing is they mostly decline claims like that. Not only if we are talking about TM but every site like that.

Paypal will not reimburse or settle disputes in your favor for electronic delivery items, "website work" non tangible items. You can say that whatever you bought they were suppose to mail you or send you a physical item. How you word that is up to you, but basically paypal will ask the other guys to provide a tracking number and when they obviously can't they will close it in your favor.

Sounds about right but it was not a tangible item so I do not know if I can say it was and what they do about it.

That's why I need someone who exactly knows how PayPal works, someone who knows TM very well and someone who knows how to increase my chances to win the case. Possibly someone who has been in the same situation before.

Dunno how much of that is true but you might be SOL dude. Just saying.

Open a regular dispute. Assuming the website in discussion is an actual scam, many others probably already filed a dispute. You won't need to explain yourself much.

Filing as "unauthorized" might help you win, but after you win, you will be asked for documents since your account is a risk to PayPal's financial system. So be prepared.

Also, call in to PayPal for "updates" shows veracity to the case.

Provide every possible proof to Paypal, then sit back and pray.
