I've successfully completed 5 years here on BHW as a content writer without any dispute. It is happening very first time with me. This is about the PayPal dispute that buyer has opened without any notice.

Buyer name: Assaultclass

Order history:

On 11th June, customer ordered 4500 words by sending me details on an email and confirmed it by posting comment on my thread.

I have delivered content within deadline. On 13th June, I got the positive feedback from him and he said that he will order more 8k words soon.

Today, he got the issues with my content and he wants me to refund the money. He has already published one of my articles on his website.

I asked him to give me reasons or highlight the errors, so that I can revise the content. But without any notice, he opened the dispute.

Now, the interesting thing is that this happened with another BHW seller before.

As you can see, the customer had the same problem with another writer. Is this coincidence or FRAUD?

I'll start by saying you do not have a refund policy, so you have no right to refuse to refund my payment if I say that is what I want. You've already proven to be a bad seller by not refunding, and I recommend no one works with you. You heard that right folks. Don't put your money at risk. This guy will not refund your payment if you're not satisfied. He believes himself to be perfect. Now to address your points (read: lies).

Without any notice, huh? A picture's worth a thousand words.

Like I told you before, perhaps you don't know how to read. Again, a picture's worth a thousand words:

I had a job to do, so I was busy. I read a few sentences from two of the three articles he delivered (1,500 words each) and they seemed like good articles. But when I went back to read all three and fully review them, they were nothing like the sample sent to me. They were low quality articles and I didn't get my money's worth. I had expected articles that are as good or better than the sample. In other words, he ripped me off. Believe it or not, there are many sellers like this one on BHW. They show you a good sample written by a good writer before you order, and then they deliver garbage after you order.

Today, he got the issues with my content and he wants me to refund the money. He has already published one of my articles on his website.
An article I've already deleted and removed from Google's cache and index via search console. I'm just wondering...if I hadn't told you this, would you have ever known that I published one of them? That's the price of honesty. No wonder it's hard for honest people to survive in this world...because of people like you. If you feel I stole your articles, search for them and let me know if you find any of them in Google's index.

I asked him to give me reasons or highlight the errors, so that I can revise the content. But without any notice, he opened the dispute.
Your writing is so poor that a revision won't be necessary. You simply don't have the ability. Even if you rewrote it from scratch, it wouldn't be good. I published one of them because I was trying to not ask for a refund because I know it cost you some hours to write it (I know as I used to be a writer). I tried to fix it as best as I could, and then published it and submitted it to Google. I read it again and then realized that in order to make it a quality article, I would have to rewrite it from scratch. So I decided to ask for my money back as any sane person would

Stop making a fool of yourself. That's all I'll say to that.

Your writing is so poor. It is:
- Filled with silly sentences
- Filled with lots of filler sentences, despite the fact that each product has more than enough information from the manufacturer and from customer reviews to write a good article.-
- Not even informative. Ignored important features of the product and instead focused on filling the articles with nonsense.

You can't write good product guides. You can't even write a good article to begin with. And you just gave me an opportunity to inform everyone of your lack of skill and poor writing. How silly!

Dear client,

Thanks for taking your valuable time to write this post. You know, I have written content based on given reference. I followed the same format and style, so it couldn't be written in the same manner as my samples. If you were not happy with my work then you could tell me the problems.

But no, you opened PayPal dispute and published one of my articles and now giving this forum the proof of your honesty.

I may be not the perfect writer but still, I care about the people with whom I work with. I may not have perfect writing skills but I still give my best to every project.

I don't want to say much as you and I already put our arguments.

Thanks,
Lannister.

You forgot to tell everyone that you were the one that escalated it to a claim.
Guys, has this been posted to this forum without moderation?

Usually we have a mod proceeding over and conducting the conversation to keep it to the right tone.
It baffles me. I didn't even know a shit list was opened against me until today when @MisterF linked to it from a different thread. Who is handling this shit list?

Can someone please post the content in question for me to look at? I'll handle the thread, apologies for the mix up.

Those are links to all three articles written by @Lannister10.

Ok, so since you've taken this outside of BHW to Paypal, you guys will have to provide any evidence to them. In future, if you'd like us to intervene, don't get a payment processor involved. Also, @Lannister10 please pm me a refund policy ASAP.

Please check your PMbox.
