I’m selling bitcoin and my client likes to send payment via PayPal, the only down side is that PayPal keeps marking the payments as suspicious and putting my account Under review so I’m trying to figure out is there way for me to accept his payments without alarming PayPal when I withdraw?

Is your client mentioning bitcoins in "note" field when sending payment?

I think that in some transactions you receive dirty funds.

You receive these funds only from one paypal account?
You receive these funds like F&F payments?
How much money you receive in a transaction?

What is f/f

No he’s not, do you think it would make a difference?
I remembered how I had issues on payoneer because a friend mentioned bitcoin in notes, I'm guessing paypal uses same stuff to flag transactions.
We managed to get transaction approved by me bullshitting them by saying "He typed BTC because he was paying me for writing services, I sold him articles about bitcoins."

Try using generic stuff in notes, example: "Freelancing payment". Might help, can't hurt.

Friends & Family option

Best bet is to use Friends & Family and not mentioning bitcoin at all. Also have a check on your client/s because it may be due to their accounts are hacked or something fishy.

Try Selly.gg, don't receive direct payments.

Your probably laundering money for your client and that is what is raising a red flag.

Is he paying you from the same paypal account or using different ones?

Thats not my initiative, but yes he uses different ones most of the time

The problem probably isnt with you then, but with him.

So there is no solution at your end.

Try a bit more generic note like writing services, freelance work etc.. Or quit PayPal as they're vulnerable to limit your account
