Paypal Debit Card?

Hey Guys,

I have Indian Paypal account and as per my knowledge, they do not offer debit cards for Indian accounts. Is there's any other way to withdraw money from paypal directly from ATM (without involving bank account). I need to get some way because now i am liable for massive 'tax' to pay. If i can withdraw directly, i am sure i don't need to pay tax on that..

To my knowledge, you shouldn't have to pay taxes on your paypal earnings in India. But to answer your question no there isn't. Paypal does report. To the US IRS.

Hi,

There are no specifics regarding non tax on paypal transactions, as paypal directly transfer money to bank account, it's the pure 'white money' and completely taxable. That's why i want to 'eliminate' this bank account thing in between.
