Paypal debit card?

Hey! I've got a guy who is asking me for help, he's trying to get a paypal debit card because he lives in some crazy country somewhere and doesn't have a bank account, I know VCCs (from research here) will verify it but how do I get him a paypal card? He said he'd give me some cash for figuring it out but I'm at a loss. :/ I've looked around but I can not seem to find it.

Unfortunately your friend is out of luck - they have stopped handing the cards out now. Not sure if its for ever or whilst they change card providers.

I had an email saying they will send me a new card soon - so if you had one, you are quids in, if you haven't you are either shit out of luck or will have to wait until they open up again.

Malaysians can use Paypal using debit cards.

you cant use debit card to verify youre paypal you need to use your credit card. you canr use your debit card to widraw your money in your paypal if you are already verified but the first thing you need to use a credit to be verified then you need to call your bank to take a "4 digit code" .

If his address is the address within this 'crazy country' then he has no chance unless he changes it to an address in which you could go and pick up the card once mailed, but that will probably just cause him to have a limited or frozen paypal account.

Each one of my stealth accounts has a paypal debit card. Although withdrawing to your bank account is safer (and makes you less of a risk in PayPals eyes) I have them as a last ditch effort if I need cash out really quick that cant be retrieved by PayPal.
