Paypal debit card

Hi, friends!

I'm curious, can I order PayPal debit card (master card) & pay with it in ordinary shops in my European country (instead of using my country bank debit card)?

If it's a Visa or Mastercard branded card I don't see why not.

Pay in shops, yes. It's Mastercard exchange rate, but make sure to not make triple exchange like below.

ATM - not really:
-some ATM will charge you extra % for withdrawal
-your currency must be euro, you don't want to exchange USD>Euro>local currency (if your country have one), it's a triple exchange. Mostly on Mastercard rate but if it's Paypal, I think they have own rate.
Also some banks ATMs will force you to use bank exchange rate.

First things first, it's not available everywhere. In EU it's available for users from these countries: Germany, UK, France, Spain, Italy, Austria, Ireland.

If it's available for you, you can use it the exact same way how you would use any debit Mastercard.
