PayPal debit card to non support countries

Hello there,
How can i create a paypal debit card for non support country. I am using paypal from another location but i want to create a debit card in order to transfer my funds to alertpay account. The problem is, if i write an application for a debit card to paypal they will send it to my mailing address and i can't tell paypal my real address otherwise they will ban me. Is their any alternative to do that?

Get a trusted friend in the US to mail it to you?
i.e. You give his address as your shipping address, he gets the card and ships it to you....
Try it at your own risk though.

even better simply google for worldwide mail forwarding 'virtual offices' and have it sent to wherever you want, then forwarded to you for around $15-40

or transfer the money from paypal to another service that let's you withdraw in your country. or you could use it to buy liberty reserve online and cash it out through an exchanger for a 7% fee

im having a similar problem myself. i have just purchased a MDCC card. suposedly digital card.

so far so good, i have registered and verified paypal with it, and i have cashed out $40 to test it out.

i was then going to process the payment via alertpay to get it into my verified account.

i will let you know how i got on.


Gay pal Suck !! but i need a way of processing the gaypal payments. I have had trouble finding a merchant account for my offshore company in belize. Most high risk require EU registration.

Could you elaborate a little more, how excatly are you requesting a debit card from paypal when you're not in the US in first place.
