Is it possible to remove a debit card and delete the PayPal account? And use same debit card to open new PayPal account?

I opened 3 accounts with the same debit card, the question is how many accounts do you want to open ?
I'm also interested in the answer

The same debit cards and nothing happened to these accounts?

the accounts were closed, were not banned and thinking about it I opened 3 accounts but I used my iban and my card so I don't know which one I used 2 times
