Hello,
I forgot my paypal pin code at the atm machine now i changed my paypal pin code to a new number, Then i went to the atm and it said incorrect pin then i used it at the store with the new pin code and it failed to charge the transaction, does any one know whats happening to my business debit card?
Did my card get locked out for using wrong pin to many times?
Does any one know how long before i can use my new pin code?
