PayPal Debit Card Help

Hey,

I have a paypal account that is all confirmed and proofs faxed and all and works for me fine BUT to get the debit card I have to have a credit card with the same address that is not only confirmed but that I want to have the debit card mailed too, the address on file is not mine. Anyone know a workaround for this (maybe some sort of prepaid or vcc where I can add whatever address on it I want?). Its not a huge deal the bank I linked them to is quick I get bank transfers (cashing out from PP) in around 24 hours but I have a drug habit and sometimes it would be nice to get money right away (especially holidays). Thanks!

Go to another country for some time and open a new bank account, apply for a credit card and make a new paypal with real info.
No need for fakes if your doing legit work...

Don't do drugs in the new country if police don't take bribes

I had an issue attaching my debit card as well so I just bought a credit card and attached that with my PayPal and everything is working like a charm.

Regarding your issue, I have seen a thread on BST section where the person is providing solutions like VCC, Home address proof etc.. try contacting that guy.

That's not in good taste at all. Everyone is entitled to lead their lives any way they see fit, as long as they're not hurting anyone else.

WAIT! I have VCC's where you can put any country, address, Name, po box, etc and has online statement with login.

Tell me if intrested.

Using 3 of them for my paypal.

This is what I was thinking but just curious, does it work for confirming address for mailing of PP debit card? I want to hear from someone who has tried

I never tried the PP debit card thingy but my account was once limited due to changing the address and they wanted me to add another credit card to my account with the new updated address on it and I bought a VCC off a guy on another forum (cost me $45) and it worked like a charm for verifying my new address.

If you think about it, it's actually funny and weird that someone declares online on an irrelevant forum/matter that he got a drug habit. Also he could've just mentioned that he needs his money.

In my culture, dealing drugs is something taboo that people normally don't talk about nor like others doing it.

He said that he has a drug habit, not that he's dealing.

The thing is, that's the problem. It's not your culture, it's the majority of the western world. Drugs aren't that more dangerous than alcohol, the problem is that they're more addictive but my view on this has always been that if someone is a useless piece of shit, they'll get into drugs and get addicted for the same reason they got into them, they didn't have anything better to do.

That's what separates the recreational drug users from the addicts, a purpose. If you have a purpose in your life it is MUCH more powerful than the addiction to the drug. A fantastic example of this, that most people in tech know is Steve Jobs. He said that doing LSD was one of the best things he did in his life, it is my opinion that they didn't overtake his life because of his personal ambitions and personal problems. Trust me, there are many high functioning addicts out there who have families and businesses and lead happy lives, but you don't hear that they're addicts because they function, there is no reason for them to reveal this to a society that is obsessed with how wrong drugs are.

This is becoming a speech but you get what I'm trying to say here.

He asked your suggestions about the Paypal issue not the drug habit.

I highly advise you stay away from virtual stuff. I heard PayPal does not like it and you don't wanna risk your account. Just tell your bank to issue you a CC with no credit, it costs a lot less. My bank does it for free but because I'm a student.

If you for some reason are not able to get that card, try Skrill, that might work for you.
