Hello,

First off, I like to say sorry if this is the wrong group to post it in. So I have a paypal account that I want to connect to eBay so I can start selling but I can't connect it unless there is a credit card on my paypal account. Can anyone provide me a VCC or ways to over come this? I live in canada.
