Paypal & Credit card

I really need a clarification here, how can I use a credit card via paypal.

I have a paypal account with money but don't want to spend that money in the account but use the credit card and not touching the paypal money in my account.

When someone send me a link that I can pay via credit card it will not show it just show the login space and not credit card option to pay. is that normal? I know that if I don't have money in my paypal account I can pay via credit card but with money in the account I can't. is that normal? Or there is a way to pay via credit card without using your account money.

I can't load money to my paypal account via credit card because I am international member.

send all the money to a e-mail of yours not associated with paypal then make the cc payment after that just go back to account overview and cancel the payment to that e-mail of yours.
