Paypal Credit (BML) on eBay

hey everyone! I would like to ask about paypal credit on ebay. Do you use it?
How does it work? Are there any problems when you are using it?
Because I've got Paypal Credit Balance, it's 3000$. But I can't spend it.
eBay merch says: Looks like we're unable to authorize your purchase using Bill Me Later
i got this message everutime. What's the problem?

That's because you're doing something wrong and you should not rush things into working.

You should give it some time...
And try again also make sure you use same IP and make some history of transactions before trying to make payments that's the problem.
