PayPal confirmed address? Need some help!

Hello everyone.
I want to buy something from eBay US seller, but he ask for a confirmed address.
I have my personal PayPal account from Venezuela but I want the item shipped to an US address.
How can I do? I was thinking about purchasing a US verified PayPal account but I would like to receive first your advices and opinions.
Hope you can help me with this.

You can add a us shipping address to your PayPal. I have an Aussie PayPal with 2 us shipping addresses (mail fowarding services)
 
Yes, Just use a mail forwarding address and add that to your PayPal. I do not see anything wrong with that.
However if you are planning on doing this allot I do see some convenience in having a US Stealth PayPal account to make the process simpler.

The inconvenient I have is when I try to add another addrees on my PayPal account, I can only do it with Venezuelan address.
How can I change the country? How did you do?
 
Most sellers will only ship to the address on your Paypal account because if they ship to any other address it's my understanding that even if the item was delivered if the buyer claims they never received they will automatically get their money back.
 
What this guy said. I guess you are trying to dropship? It's not so easy to find someone on ebay to do that for you, I recommend you find a contact somewhere else that specializes in dropshipping.

I'm not trying to dropship, is for personal use.
As jgetssmoneyy says, most seller just ship to confirmed address, so this is my point.
What is the best way to purchase this item to the address I want and that is confirmed?
 
Even if you provide an address at this point they will have to mail a letter to that address with a code for you to provide, proving that you live there that's what I had to do
 
I have an ebay and a paypal account I'm willing to let you use either one you want :cool: for a nominal fee.. let me know

What Kind of fee? I need the item shipped directly to an address.
 
Probably the only way is to send the seller a cashiers check instead of paypal. They wont mind most likely as they wont get hit with the paypal fees. With ebay/paypal policies so favorable to buyers some people try to work the system. As a seller I'd love to be flexible and try to accomodate people like your situation shipping to a different address than on your paypal account. Problem is if I were to do that and you file a claim and say you never received the item even if I can show paypal an email from you requesting I send it to that addres and have a tracking number showing it was delivere you will wind up keeping my product and getting your money back per paypal policies.

Could I create I new US PayPal account and verify with the address I need?
If I do this, Do I have to use a static US IP?
