Called PayPal and asked them if they could send a check of the balance on my account and the guy was like "i can just remove the restrictions on your account" I was shocked but yeah I finally got rid of limitation and didn't have to send my ID and SSN. Just showing that PayPal limitations department isn't that bad sometimes

Some of the folks in bank of america are nice too when I called in to ask for the pin, however, most of the shitty staff are female for some reason.

This was a dude and he was pretty cool.

I suppose it depends on what mood they're in. I remember I had 2 identical issues a couple of months apart of each other. On both occasions I contacted AskPayPal on Twitter to help me resolve them (they're usually very helpful and fast).

I had to withdraw money but I was hitting the 72 hours wait to do that. The first time I was told that they can't help me with what I needed done and I would need to "simply wait for 72 hours". The other time (a few months later) I had the same issue, they resolved it within minutes (said "We've pushed the withdrawal").

Its like you get a different answer every time you call or email. It's a wild card sorta thing.

I know they can be a jerk off sometimes I've learned the less info you give to them the less they can do to you.

Don't let your guard down..... they can get shady as fuck
Very true.
I woke up one day and saw that they removed my bank account from my paypal account, and I couldn't add it back. Stupid shit.

Yep, often times taking 2 minutes to pick up the phone and speak to somebody at paypal/google/any other big company goes a longs way more than sending a email
