I started selling on eBay recently to make some extra cash for the summer, turns out to be the worst summer ever. Over 80% of the items I sold got returned. Anyway Paypal found out, limited my account then closed it.

I phoned them and they said that the account was permanently closed and there was no way to get it back. I asked the man if I could open a new account with the same bank account/credit card, he said no.

Obviously im angry as I really need Paypal for a lot of my IM stuff.

I want to know is there a way to open a new account without them knowing, I know its risky but I really need paypal.

Help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers lads.

You can buy stealth Paypal accounts in the marketplace section. There was most likely a reason why all those items got returned. Try not to be deceptive and be accurate and truthful in your descriptions.

Thanks so much! Yes your right the reason for the returns was faulty items. The stupid manufacturer had factory problems and sold all those faulty items to me and now look whats happened lol. I tried explaining that to the Paypal Monkey but he was having none of it.

Open an account on your mom, dad, sister etc name. Of course you'll need the credit card/bank account and ID/Passport + bill copy to be on their names too when verifying the PP account.

Good idea actually! Thanks for this

you can open a new account, be sure that you change a bit your address . I know a fried which got kicked twice and he still has a good new account since 1 year

You can open a new account (using a new email address), but if you try and verify it with the same info (i.e. bank account, address, etc..) it will get limited again.

Try amazon simple pay or something like WePay for your IM stuff.

I Had the same issue just use new credit card change address a bit and most important use a new ip address if you're having a dynamic ip just reset the router and you'll have a new ip address and i guess it would be fine don't use anything that you have used it in the past paypal account just get a new credit card number new email phone number thats all.

1-use an email, change the address by adding like suite numbers, add new credit card and new bank account and new phone.
2-Clear your cachee, cookies Flash cookies and change your computer name.
3-Change your IP address if you have a static Ip from your provider. call them first to change it for you

Without step 3 , you will be limted again even if you did steps 1 -2.

Try to get a debit card from payoneer and usa virtual bank account from them. Then use that card and bank account to verify new account. I have been using my account since 2011 what I verified in this way.

What if you get limited then they ask you to verify your address and its the same as your old (banned) one?

I told the method to get new card and new bank account to verify new paypal account. You can't verify an already banned account in this way.

Well I'm sure you knew they were defective after one or two complaints. You kept selling them knowing they were defective, of course there will be repercussions.

The manufacturer was only to blame after the first defective one found; after that you were to blame. You thought eBay and PP would allow you to keep selling defective items?

Well some learn the hard way. I could care less but just put the blame where it lies; hint, it's not with PP and not with the manufacturer...

If you'd rather legitimately use your own PayPal register an LLC and make a business account! It'll be all yours then!
