Hi
I purchased something from eBay for 180 $. The seller provided a USPS tracking code. The shipment was to be delivered since yesterday. The tracking code seems wrong, I mean from the day the seller gave it to me , it was and still stuck on "shipping label created".
So, I do the obvious and file a claim to PayPal, waited 2 days and then escalated the dispute. Notice that the seller hasn't replied to the dispute nor my previous messages on PayPal.
Now, PayPal's claim is "waiting for other party's response" , I knew that they were going to take 10 days at the most to try and communicate with the seller.
My question is , is there any chance my money will be back ? Will it take more than 10 days?
I am very very worried about it.
Please, everyone reading this share your opinion and I am very sorry if I posted in the wrong section of the forum.

if the seller dont reply within 21 days. u will get the money. no problem at all.
But if he reply and if he can prove he is right then u have to prove also..

If the seller fails to respond within 10 days you automatically win the case. You don't need to worry much if you are the buyer, paypal tends to heavily favor them
