Paypal check withdrawals?

Alright some buyer tried to dick me over on ebay and I have a negative balance on my account, I withdraw my money from a paypal check no banking account.. can paypal track me anyway? I removed my information after I withdrawed the money from the check. I'm just wondering if collection agencies or anybody can still trace me after I cashed the paypal check.

yes men they can track you easily..you had remove the info but in their database still stored ..
