paypal chargeback

i was scammed, i report a problem to paypal, i not sent money as f&f i sent as a normal transaction. What do you think guys how i can refund money on my paypal? Is this hard or what can i do now ? How time it need to paypal refund me money?
Im sorry for this begginer questions but i try to find something relative but im not have much luck.

Dispute the transaction with written and photographic proof.

Just one thing i would like to say here.

The other day someone bought a service from me for like $4 dollars, and the estimated delivery time us 1-5 days.

On day 3 they do a chargeback on Paypal and write in the note something like "i believe i was scammed"

I refunded it and told him in the note that he wasnt scammed, we're just having a difficulty delivering the service at the moment.

But this guy didnt contact us, and the estimated delivery time hadnt yet passed, and he immediately went for a chargeback. That person is a fucking retard.

Im just saying the word scam is used far too loosely.
