Paypal cc payment gateway

Hello, maybe repetitive guestion but what cc payment gateway is decent for shopify dropshipping? Cuz Im thinking that i wont use Paypal at all. 2checkout? Paymill? Btw forgot to mantion im from Lithuania so i can not use stripe or shopify payments
