Paypal cashout

Hi, I have some cash in my Paypal account that i want to transfer to my bank account (non US).

Is there a visa card i can use him for cashouts from Paypal and international ATMs?

Sorry if i post in the wrong forum, hope someone can help me, Thanks!

I am living outside the us, i dont have the paypal debit card (and i think i cant buy it also).

I think you can transfer money to ePassport if you have it. That might be the easiest way. If not then if you have a friend in a PP supported country then ask them if you can transfer it to them and they can western union you the money.

1) Best is to use a bank account
2) Get a Payoneer card from Plimus. Just create an account, pay yourself via paypal and they'll send you the card.
