Hi, how to cash out paypal stealth account in india, is it possible in this country?

Try to withdraw to a Visa card and then get it out using an ATM, if this doesn't work you can buy a paypal gift card and redeem it, or if all of the above fail you can resume to buying things online and using your paypal money.

Hi,

how can I withdraw a paypal stealth(not purchased yet, but planning to) account ,but can't seem to figure out how will I be able to withdraw and get my money here in india.

You say that to redeem as paypal gift card and buying things which online stores accept paypal in india, I suppose there are not any .

I thought paypal gift card has to match the real information to do this?
