its easy to withdraw from 180 days limited gaypal.. either use payoneer accounts which have a free debit card and a free bank account details... you withdraw to your bank and cashout with your card on a ATM.

I noticed freelancing sites have cracked down on allowing people to pay others using paypal. I say this based on complaints i see around and based on one experience when i tried this. I got my money frozen in transit freelancer a while back, never tried it again. It could have been just a once in a lifetime thing, but they wanted me to wait a period of time to have the money arrive. I think the best bet is to get some prepaid relodable cards, do a bank deposit, then use the cash to send money to the supplier western union

freelancer websites are good idea but dont you need to pay too much for fees ?

If the paypal account is actually yours, (not purchased or hacked) then all you need to do (assuming you're from the USA) Is set up a bank account with ingdirect, then change all of the names on paypal to match your actual name, then add the bank account, then withdraw. This way there is no name mismatch, ing accepts the deposits, and you have all of your money without having to pay someone a ridiculous percentage, and it won't cost you anything, and it really fast. I've done this before, a lot... hope that helps!

It is just funny how many noobs come around offering there magical solutions with hefty fees.

Simple answer. Your Indian supplier needs a stealth PayPal account and let him withdraw his own money via
Odesk or some other freelancing website. If you are doing big business with him then its not a big deal to him.

My PP name doesnt match the name on my bank account and I added a bank and the withdrawls go through. Cannot guarantee it'll work for you but it does for me.

^^^ I tested this before but it was reversed and charge me a fee for PP reversal .

Buy scrap gold and take it to the jewelers you may lose out a little bit of cash, but if you learn how to value it you can get some good deals

Some banks don't care about the name on the incoming deposit, and some do. Bank of america and suntrust are okay with name mismatch, INGdirect is not, for example.

I cash out my multiple paypals, as they do not have bank attached in UK and other countries.

I suggest you create a personal paypal account and verify it locally. Then send all monies in your stealth accounts to your main account as gift to avoid paypal alarm. First it reduces your risk of your stealth account getting limited and i can exchange with you either by LR or WU
