i tried to sell an iphone (droppshiping ) for someone and the money went on hold and i didn't send him an iphone
i had no idea what i was doing and they don't respond now it's been more than a year
my qstn is did the buyer get his money back ?
i want to relief my heart and send him the money now if he didn't receive it

You are dropshipping but you don't know about the PayPal transaction.?!!! Don't try to be over innocent.

Just login to your PayPal & Check it.

i had 0 idea about the hole thing i didn't even know it is called droppshiping i just had an idea that i can look up on ebay for a cheap iphone and put it on facebook for a higher price
it doesn't apear on paypal it never did ..it was all going by emails they sent me that the transaction is completed and that i need to provide the tracking number wich i couldn't do and kept asking for time and eventually they didn't respond anymore
what m asking is did the customer get his money back
 
Assuming the buyer complained he will have been protected by paypals buyer protection so you are in the clear.

If the buyer says they paid you but you don't find any payment in your paypal account to refund him, then it's most likely the buyer a) didn't actually pay you and is just trying to scam you or b) they thought they had paid but didn't actually maybe due to their own incompetence...innocent mistake.

I don't see the problem. You are fine. No payment received, nothing to refund.
