Update: So a few days ago they asked me for documentation that was unbiased. I sent it and they sent me this message today.
Also I forged the documents, this issue is i bought real gold but was sent fake gold. So im trying to get my money back.
So here we are please help me out. Let me know if you had a similar experience and what did you send or do.
Everyone charges a couple hundred to write up a report like this so I wrote up my own and threw on a random gemologist name and number.
.......
"We received your fax. However, the document provided does not meet our requirements.
The requested document should clearly detail the extent of the damage or clearly explain how the item received significantly differs from the item
advertised. Also, we are unable to verify the named gemologist, and his contact telephone number.
In addition, the document you provided is somewhat unclear, and too dark to read."
.........
My big worry and question is will they actually call the gemologist? I dont want to put a gemologist number on there and then he will ruin the case and say he doesnt know what he is talking about.
It said verify so do they search for the gemeologist or was that another way of saying they couldnt read the gemolgist name because of the darkness?
Please let me know asap
Is anyone here a licensed gemogist that would help me out for compenstation?
