I know this question has been asked before but I am still not clear on the answer. I have a stealth PayPal account linked to a secondary new bank account in my name. Everything was going fine. Withdrawing to bank no problem. I took a break for while and stopped trading and with drew the remaining funds. 4 months later I have two paypal disputes and they have found in favor of the buyers. It has left my paypal account almost £1000 in the red. I totally disagree with paypal's decision. I am happy to burn the account but can paypal get my real info from the bank?

I think they can. It might take a while before they get to your door but eventually they might.
I read here about a guy who thought he got away with it for 3 years and had even completely forgotten about that pp account. They did get to him.

That's a shame. May have to bend over and take it from paypal then. Just realised I will have to wait anyway as I can not think of a way to get money into the account with compromising another account or revealing my true identity, unless I start trading again. I feel like making them wait just on principle. I

How are you using PayPal if not as the real you, then?
Aren't you afraid of them asking you for an ID sooner or later?

Generally speaking, as long as you never deposited money FROM your bank account, they cannot.
However, it'd be in your best interest to avoid getting in trouble with PayPal IM is something you'd like to do in the future as well.
PayPal didn't appreciate my business model and rather than accepting them closing my account, I proceeded to open a new one again and again (under different business names). Anyways, I'm now semi-blacklisted by PayPal which means that I cannot open a business account nor in BrainTree (I called and was told so).
They still let me operate a personal account though so I can manage.

Yes, those are the facts. I have my reasons why I'm asking.
Not all countries have PayPal. Not everyone is interested in PP.
And you didn't have to give out any info if you didn't want to.

Paypal cannot see bank information unless you deposit from the bank.
Make sure to not grant paypal direct debit authority when asked because if your account does go into the red they will execute a transaction from your bank to cover the balance and will see your details.
