I have opened a paypal and made it bussiness. Received some money on it but can't withdraw. It says that biz paypal can only be in usa

You can withdraw to your bank account or to your paypal debit card or you can sell to other paypal users and take cash from them.

Paypal Business account balance can be sent, received and withdrawn - there should have no problem. If your account is opened from USA, then you can withdraw to your USA bank account.

You need to be from the US to operate a US paypal account,
