Paypal bank account question

so basically I have 2 paypal accounts that have been limited for over 45 days, so im able to withdraw them to my bank account, so I already withdrawed the money from 1 paypal account to my bank account, but now when I try to withdraw from the 2nd account I cant because my bank account is already added, so my question is, is there anyway to remove a bank account from a limited paypal, if I email them or something would it work? if anybody can help me out I can give them something in reward if it works

You would need to call them and do what's called a "PayPal Assisted Transfer" which will mean that the transfer will be executed by them. I'm assuming that both of these accounts are in your name and not stealth accounts?

they both have the same fake name, but its not my real name, so the bank account is in a different name than the accounts

Start a new bank account and withdraw money from them. If you call them be prepared to answer why you created 2 paypal accounts.
Many people do this mistake while starting IM. They create multiple PP account and they stuck transferring it.

P.S : You can add another email on your paypal. So the if some one send money to your send(newly added) paypal it goes to your original PP account.

not sure about this, but you could create a payoneer account and transfer money from paypal to payoneer

You could get a PP debit card to withdrawal from any pp account. So what's the big deal about paypal? I have 4 verified accounts under 4 different email addresses connected to 2 bank accounts. I've never had a problem transferring funds or being limited etc. Why use a fake name? Don't you have to verify your account(s) anyway? Verify them, then change the name on paypal account. Use a business name. What am I missing?
[edit] Almost missed the question completely, you can always send money from one paypal account to the other without fees, then withdrawal the money. I do this all the time. Send money --> friends and family -->insert your other paypal email. Instant, no fees.

You shouldn't use the fake name on your PP accounts.

Name of a PP account must be same with name of a bank account.

So the solution: you create a new PP account with the real name. And also create a new account on a bank for the new PP account.
