paypal bank account cannot change

i'm unemployed and I made a few $ selling a software on ebay , it was working fine until it was modified by the company and then was not longer working , and now people want refund , what do I do to put a hold in paypal or bank account so they don't take the money out now

Change your card info and remove the bank. Depending on your country grab a Walmart card or a prepaid card that has a bank account to receive funds. Use that account for the bank account. Usually you can only receive deposits not withdrawals so you will be fine that way! Only way to do it!

Using the second piece of this tip will allow you to still verify the account with the new info cause it can receive payments!

it's not letting me , I think cause I have a negative balance

There going to ask you for the money anyway just pay it or dispute the refund...

Paypal a bank dont fuck with banks
Just pay or refund simple.

Paypal will bug you for a long time not worth the trouble.

Also if that account was you main account then losing it your regreat.

The stelth accounts sold on the forum are very good there real accounts but fully activated and upper limmits in? Receiving money and selling items on ebay can even. Ut a credet card to withdrew the cash....
