PayPal Automatic Withdrawal Issue

Hello.

I have an issue with PayPal automatic withdraw.

Yesterday, as every 1st in month, PayPal is doing automatic withdrawal of all funds.

I had around 15k$ on the balance. They withdraw 10k$ automatically, and after few minutes I got this email notification:




The rest of 5k$ I tried to withdraw manually, and it worked fine.

Call center is closed and I can't call PayPal. Their e-mail support not working - they never respond.

I called my bank, they say everything is fine with the credit card.

This PayPal is receiving such payments for the past few years. There shouldn't be an issue with that.

Anyone had similar problem?

Any help is welcome.

Thats weird they always respond to me, it may take a day or two.

Due to C19, it may take longer now, or no respond at all. (in my case).

To what?

Well, I think that you should address them directly and still clarify the issue, especially since your card is fine. Be sure to keep this letter and everything you have and can confirm that you have not received the money and be sure to discuss with them. In general, it is strange, they usually really quickly get in touch.

You could try to call their support and see whats happening.
