Paypal Asking For SSN on Stealth Account [Help!]

Ok so I have a stealth account. Total bogus info and it is stuck with a couple thousands.
I got limited now.
They are asking me for ID, Confirm Location, Utility bill ETC.. Ok no Problem I was ready for that and I have the documents to upload and provide. But they are asking to add my ssn.
The acount hasn't even reached 20k not even 10k and they are demanding in the "Begin limitation review" page.

I have no idea what to do. Is there anyway to add a ssn to bypass the verification to just get unlimited?
I not scamming on the account so I really wouldn't care.
I just want my account unlimited. I can provide everything else but this ssn thing is holding me back now.
I seen some guy on here offers a service on providing SSN to unlimit your paypal (if needed) but I have no idea on how that works and he hasn't been online in hours so anyone have any advice or a method?

There was a thread in the BST section. Btw, make your next account in Canada or the UK so you do not need to provide an SSN :)

I also have a choice of uploading a copy a "my" SSN.

What if I photoshop one up? will they run it.. what if I make it blurry so the numbers are hard to read?

Anyone have any experience/advice on this?

Thanks I contacted him yesterday and today he tells me he can not provide SSN, he even states it in his thread.


No idea why the false advertising in sales banner saying he can provide it.


To be honest. All he said he can provide are doc anyone can simply do in photo shop, such as utility bill & ID and charges 30 bucks a piece. That is insane. Lol

That would be 1 in a million, no chance of that. But I have a choice to send a copy. No idea if they will run it or not. And if I do send a photoshopped copy, i will certainly send it blurry so the numbers aren't visible.
Thus meaning if I get perm limited then it isn't even worth uploading fake docs.
I have no idea what to do as of now

how can i setup an account in canada or uk? would i need a living address there to be able to setup an account there or can i still use my address in USA? I am interested in doing this instead of using the account I have with paypal now.

Do they require the SSN match with the name in Paypal?

I have genuine SSN data. But not sure if they require a match with the names.
 
It seems that Paypal checks against either a known database, or one that matches SSNs 'logically' according to geographic location, with the highest level of verification given to those accounts that have a 'four quarters' match of name, DOB, social and address. And sometimes PP limits and denies an appeal of those who are using geniune data.

The main thing people with stealth accounts have to plan for is making the event of a limitation as managable as they can for restoration, instead of NOT planning to ever get the limitation hammer. I.e., set up accounts that include a SSN PP accepted, an address verified VCC, a bill or ID document ready for submission, and a physical street address (maildrop?) on it they can actually access if PP wants to confirm it by sending a PIN in the mail, etc. These items will make a restoration of the account easier and faster, but with such a crummy processor there are no guarantees.
 
Just tell them you don't have a SSN as you are an alien citizen visiting the country and the address is your friends home. Works fine. They will ask you for different documentation.
 
best way is to call them tell them another option for SSN
to unlimit your account
 
Hello,

First off, if you ask PayPal, they might accept an EIN number. I used my EIN number, and it worked perfectly fine. The SSN/EIN number should work if you have a premier or business account. Just say you are an international citizen (Canadian, UK, etc) and you travel often.

Second, for the Utility Bill, other documents, those are easy! With some simple photoshop, or even just paint, you can edit personal docs to have different addresses.

Messing around with SSN numbers is not the way to go on stealth accounts and clearly not worth it.
Honestly their is a reason their is no service for this. Think about it...
