No no. You need layered templates so you can just alter the picture, address and dob.

I would not photoshop any ID as thats illegal. You could get caught and prosecuted. Your better to always use genuine details. Be honest. Honesty is the best policy

i agree this is wrong..why do people need to make fake id's if theyre genuine??

I'm going to assume you are addressing me with this comment. Did I say that I have done this personally? No, I haven't. However, I can understand the OP's predicament. What options do the guys in countries like India, Pakistan, etc have to accept paypal when that's the only thing that most of their customers use?

Who's really the "scamer" here? The company trying to hold your money for 180 days or the guy who rightfully earned it by selling products?

Anyways, OP has already been told what he can do by other people. I'd never offer a photoshopping service for something like this, as I wouldn't want to be held accountable for the ramifications if something went wrong. However, when you know what you're doing, paypal says "Thank you" and you go back to business as usual. It's not illegal to tell someone how to photoshop something.

thats a fair point above about stereotyping but also you have to understand people have made people think that way
