PayPal appeal denied.

The last week PayPal limited my account and asked for Photo ID and proof of address so the very next day i provided them both but after 24 hours received a reply.

To refund your buyers:

2. Click "Contact Us" at the bottom of any page.

4. Under "Choose a Topic," select "Sending/Receiving Money."
5. Under "Choose a Subtopic," select "Refund/Cancel a Payment."
6. Click "Continue" and follow the instructions to refund payments.


So i guess the appealed is closed and it cannot be changed and all i want to know whether can i again open a new PayPal account with different name, address with different Bank account?

What would be the best precautions i need to take?

Can i reconfirm the PayPal with new VBA, VCC?

After buying the VBA/VCC the account become instant confirmed and PP won't again ask the same above requirements?

Previously i had a US PayPal account but one of my friend recommend to make a UAE PayPal account as there are less verification requirements like the PayPal get verified by with VCC only or i can make an account on my relative name / address who is living in UAE so if any problem arise he can help me to resolve in all possible ways.

I will b really grateful if someone had read this far and could help me how to solve this issue.

I think there's nothing much you can do now

You can open up a new account, just make sure you follow the stealth techniques to avoid being linked. Otherwise, your efforts would be shot down the drain.

The account is done for. You will need a new one.

Old account is gone and there is no way to change that, a new acct should be easy just learn from experience

I know I cannot get the old account as its permanently closed and all i need your advice how to open new PayPal account as there must be some precautions which i need to follow.
Should i make a new US PayPal account or a UAE PayPal as in UAE PayPal there is less verification requirements . Should i use a relative details who is currently living in UAE like address, phone number, name to avoid any foreseeable losses and to recover the account in future.

You can open up a new stealth PayPal account. Make sure not to link old PayPal account with new account under any circumstances (transferring funds etc). Make sure to use brand new name, address, new IP (proxy) and set it up on a new server so you don't login to both account on 1 machine by mistake (PayPal will catch you via cookies).Good luck..

Yep, I guess this could work.

I wonder whether they blocked you after all. Have you done some big payment?
