    They Give Master Card to withdraw money and the best thing is they pay $10 for each refferal

    Personally I prefer the more traditional approaches like Liberty Reserve and maybe Payza. They are well known.

    Unless the rules changed you can put your affiliate link as long as you make clear that's what it is and also provide a direct link as he did. Again I'm not the authority here but from what I understand that's OK.

    you can put your aff link along with direct url , not against the rules as far as i know :)
