paypal and llc question

I am planing to open usa paypal,using usa llc. Is it legal at all for paypal,cause I am not us resident,but just own usa llc,with usa adress and so on.

Can paypal block account for reason that I am not non us,even if the account for llc?

USA address, IP, LLC, Address they wont know that you are from outside US, but what about bank account/VCC if thats also US than you are safe.
