Hi,
I received a dispute in november 2013, it's probably about an item from ebay that never came, so i asked the seller for a refund.I received the refund and it looks like that the seller opened a dispute.This dispute is still open right now and since i received another refund from a software, i can't get the money back to my credit card because of the dispute that is opened.
I contacted paypal trough email about it,but in my experience when i contact them those bastar*s never respond.
Can anyone suggest me what to do?Or what will happen?
