Paypal and Aliexpress Issue

Hey friends

I got a tablet pc from a seller in aliexpress.

but due to some dispute i returned it to the seller.

Order Made on 11 July
Dispute opened on 26 July
Dispute Took 2 months to close , Closed on 28 September

Still no refund to my paypal!

Please dont reply back dumbly as " You got cheated" or such funny replies. Please talk seriously and solve my problem!!

When i mailed the support of aliexpress their reply was as follows


And hence i contacted Paypal and they say we have to contact the person to whom the money was sent ( Aliexpress )

Now please help me for a solution regarding this. They are having my money 185USD for 4 months.

I want either refund immediately. Else i want to claim it legally and ask for penalty.

Posting in your own thread 4 times within a few hours and _demanding_ (not asking) for help isn't going to do you any favours.

But the best bit of help anyone can give you is reminding you that it's a forum, not PP's customer support. Your best option is calling PayPal (call them, don't email), quoting the case ID of your dispute and asking them - as they're the only ones who can actually resolve your case.

Btw. if you didn't open the dispute or if you opened it but it was decided in the seller's favour then you're pretty much out of luck as you can a) open disputes only within 45 days of the transaction; b) open one dispute per transaction.

If it was paid from credit card do charge back from the bank.
