Paypal always Sucks

Hello Friends i had a paypal unverified account with some 17$ in it i bought zynga poker chips for 5$ but they didn't gave me those due to some reasons and returned me the amount by saying please check your credit card. when i logged into my paypal it sucks saying your account is limited i changed password security question but limitations didn't lifted what to do now. Please guide me further Thanks. Should i have to verify it through VCC if i do so will they ask me to verify home adress etc??

I don't they'll ask you to verify your home address, use the vcc.

are you registered to paypal with the real informations? you can check somewhere on paypal site (while you logged in) what you must do...

they maybe ask you to send them your identity card, or even cc statements.

Get AlerPay or LibertyReserve or something .
You can verify by phone at AlerPay .

There should be a reason for the limitation in the account. What is it? Did you receive an email? Sometimes there is a permanent limitation, but you should have received an email on why.

I have never heard of them permanently limiting an account with $17 in it for trying to by some friggen Poker chips, but it is PayPal
