Get a stealth Paypal and use cartmanager with it. They don't share information between eBay & Paypal.
 
moneybookers ( skrill) and neteller are the 2 most used e-wallets in Europe.
They are super easy to use. Just make an account and transfer money with 2-3 steps to your bank or other users.
 
I am using 2CO without any registered business. Email them and ask them to allow you to use Virtual Terminal.

Why were they limited? too many disputes? if that's the case, opening new one will not help

use payment processors that take paypal as payment that way you can still accept paypal. my 2 cents.
 
I am grateful to say that I finally got rid of PP a few years back, along with all the headaches, and worries about getting funds frozen and services shut down, or paying extortion level rates and fees from other alternatives. I am totally satisfied in all regards with my current adult friendly merchant account provider. Cheaper than Paypal without the issues.
