    I recently stumbled upon this site "bankcardbusinessblueprint", Google it, they are really gearing up for a fight against paypal, you can even see it in their title.

    I discovered it is owned by a former top shot in Citibank.

    alertpay is best alternative, but sadly only 2/100 websites really do support alertpay :(
