PayPal alternative to receive exclusive content payments.

I'm managing one OnlyFans model and she is selling her custom content not via OnlyFans to avoid the fees.
PayPal is not allowing to receive porn related payments and she doesn't want to show them her real name to stay anonymous.
The only things that come to my mind is PaySafe cards and Crypto but a lot of people dont have crypto and PaySafe cards are not available in every country.

Is there a payment provider like Paddle etc where we can create up an account and the users can pay with all kinds of payment methods like Credit Card, PayPal etc without her needing to show her real name?

Alternatively the clients can buy Binance Gift Cards from websites like Kinguin with Credit Cards/PayPal/PaySafeCard and some more payment methods and use that to purchase the custom content.

I doubt any fiat payment processors will allow creating an account anonymously. Some, like PayPal, will allow you to start selling, but will freeze funds and require docs when the volume passes a couple of thousand. But, you can stay anonymous to your customers by setting up a business name. Only your business name would be visible. That said, you need to make sure the payment processor is OK with adult content.
