Hi guys. Maybe this information can be useful for you.Recently my paypal was limited due to a lot of open cases. I send items on time but in countries like Brazil people don't get their items on time and they open disputes. The other reason was that my sales increased a few times. Paypal limited me and asked a lot of questions: business licences, business model etc. I clearly stated that I do DROPSHIPPING. They released my account today. A lot of people says that paypal doesn't allow dropshipping. Maybe someone has different experience though. I can write what I answered to paypal if you are interested.

it can happen even if you are not doing droppshiping PayPal stuff are getting crazy sometimes....
Why can't I reply to the other guy in that thread? It is interesting to know why some other ebay sellers were banned. I hope someone will write here his story so we can learn.

It's probably just that you have a lot of open cases so they decided to limit your account. Try to find products that actually deliver faster.

Yeah they do allow dropshipping as dropshipping could mean shipping from reputable brands for instance you are a sports shop but don;t carry stock you send orders to the brans you work with and they ship for you that is also dropshipping. However they do frown upon the aliexpress dropshipping business model as lots of crappy products and long shipping means chargebacks. If you do it right, be honest about shipping times to customers and high quality products, then there will be no problems.

Yeah, it looks like that! WHich is really good. But lets see if there will be someone in that thread with different experience. Before I replied to paypal, I did some research and I found that users who were limited because of dropshipping report that paypal's official reason was: your business is too risky. I decided to emphasize that my business model is not risky. Also, I said that I admit where I was wrong( Actually I was lazy as fuck and didn't upload any freaking tracking number LOL) and how I'm going to fix the problem.
They don't really care about your business model, what they don't like is people who try to drop ship and abandon it when things go bad, leaving paypal to refund out of their own pockets. Look at how many people with literally zero money ask about drop shipping stuff here. When these people get scammed, the drop shipper screws up, don't have a working return address, etc. it's paypal that takes the losses.
But at the same time amazon really against dropshipping from retailers. Many times I've read in internet that ebay is the same in this way. I believe that the best dropshipping companies are those who are actually not dropshipping companies. But when I wrote my reply to paypal about my suppliers, I mentioned mostly suppliers who are officially support drpshipping and they have US address\wharehouses. Although, I am not sure if it even matters.
I think it is not about products, it is about countries. What I can do is to upload tracking details (which I didn't do previously) and other thing is to refund them without ebay or paypal being involved into a resolution. Supplier is ok to refund me.

You could alternatively get better shipping to ensure faster delivery.

there is no any other options. If you do outsourcing or something then maybe there are some better options. But on ebay there are no other options at all.
I use DHL global. Other methods are way too expensive. And as I mentioned before parcel get to Brazil(or Mexico) pretty fast. But then tracking finishes and nobody knows where the parcel is. I called dhl once and they said the give it to customs.
Amazon is same as eBay. They don't really care about your business model, as long as the product is good and shows up on time, and any customer problems are quickly addressed. What they care about is customers finding out after they paid that the product is shipping from China instead of California and newbies trying to dropship and screwing it up, which makes them look bad. Amazon and eBay both have large sellers who drop ship but they are not bothered because those sellers perform.
It doesn't really matter if you have experience and know what you're doing. Many of the the big sellers who drop ship are hybrid operations where the best sellers are kept in inventory and the slow sellers are drop shipped. The important thing is that as a customer you can't tell if the items are shipped direct or drop shipped.

I accidentally ordered something from a shipper in china. I was pissed about it and thought about canceling but just let it ride because it wasn't important. If it was anything else, I would have cancelled. It's why I stick to Prime only but this product wasn't offered through Prime.
What you are saying makes sence. I'm newbie on amazon. I tried to create a few listings but I found that sellers just list chinese generic products, put their bullshit brand name into title. I called amazon and asked them. Because I was afraid to break their rules about brands and private labels. But amazon rep said I'm fine. Also he said that sellers are wrong but amazon is not going to do anything about them.
Can someone suggest a good thread about amazon droppshipping? And what to do if they ask for supplyer's invoices?
Thanks for sharing. I also dropship and I've also noticed that quite a lot of my opened cases come from Brazil. A lot of orders do make it and in good time, but for some reason, a lot don't. Brazil seems to be very risky for regular airmail (non-trackable). Other countries I found that have open disputes, like Peru, Chile, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Mexico.
You are welcome. Brazil looks like a growing country this is probably why. Maybe ebay did a good marketing there. For example in my country, in Russia ebay lost his chance. Aliexpress took over the market very quickly with their shitty automatic translation LOL
Amazon actually encourages this. In amazon you do one of two things....1. you sell out of their catalog with their SKU's and make your product fungible with everyone else or 2. you get brand approval for your own brand and market it as you product.
Amazon brand gates items in certain brands and categories. At some point, Amazon will brand gate everything that's popular. For example if you want to sell Nike shoes, you will have to pay a $500 fee to get approved and prove that you have legitimate sources for Nike shoes and you won't be able to stealth your way out of the requirement.
There are many more eBay drop shipping operations than Amazon dropshipping operations. 1. Amazon will be much quicker to ban you and 2. I and many other people suspect that Amazon doesn't allow drop shipping operations to become too big before they shut it down.
Amazon is much more likely to just ban you out of the blue. I have had sold something on Amazon before and later I found out that Amazon reps ordered the item so they could get it tested. eBay doesn't do stuff like that.
