Dear xxx
As a South African PayPal user who receives payments, you need to know about some important South African exchange control regulations:
1. The funds you receive via PayPal cannot be sent to other PayPal users or used to fund purchases.
2. You must withdraw your received funds from your PayPal account to a South African bank account within 30 days of receiving the funds.

To help you to comply with these regulations and to make it easier for you to withdraw funds from your PayPal account to your South African bank account, we have partnered with First National Bank (FNB) and created the FNB Withdraw Service with PayPal.

This service allows you to open a free FNB Online Banking profile. You don't need to bank with FNB to be able to use the FNB Withdraw Service with PayPal.

For each withdrawal you make, FNB will charge a fee calculated on a tiered pricing system, and it may take up to 6 business days to reach your bank account.

To register for an FNB Online Banking profile, please follow these 5 easy steps (clients with an existing FNB Online Banking profile can complete step 1 and then skip ahead to step 5):xxxxxxxxx.

Im sure there is a guy in this forum that specializes in making such docs. cant find his link anymore
Can i find a way around this with a fake doc to back my account?
or any good suggestion is welcome

@Topiano i guess you are right...i have used some part of the fund to pay myself and others without any problem. Still will love to link the accounts if i could

Lol, no way. They've got it wrong anyway. SA's Exchange Control Regulations state:

"For individuals the South African exchange control regulations dictates how much and under what circumstances you may transfer money out of South Africa. It should be noted that the exchange control regulations apply to South African residents, not citizens or permanent residence holders. "
