I have a Paypal account and it is limited.It is completely legit.

I sell digital items and they are asking for proof of delivery.

How can I provide it.I called Paypal,they said to send whatever documents I can.Can I escape this?

What should I do?Any advice on this.

you will find option to select others. do that and in details mention digital product . delivered to email id or buyer downloaded from website.

Did a customer ask for their money back, if so was it one person or multiple buyers?

You many also contact buyer/seller in question and ask him to get payment reversed.
Do that transaction later on. call pp ; tell them that transaction is actually wrong and did not go good and refunded!
bla bla! it works

Thanks for the kind words.I uploaded the codes to Paypal as thats what I got.I still have some money to receive in bank from Paypal.I ;; wait for that and then maybe start the reversal trick.

In providing invoices,I am getting no option.Not even option to enter normal Shipping Details.Maybe a Paypal glitch.I'll wait.


Also it is asking for Credit Card.Mine is a indian paypal and normal debit card wont work and I dont own a credit card.

Is applying a VCC safe?My account is pretty new.Not a month old also.

paypal does not offer very much protection for sellers. however virtual items are not covered by buyer protection, so i'm not sure what is going on. hopefully the digital items you sold did not infringe on any copyrights?

if it is asking for cc then check if there is alternate choice given.
Do not take risk of vcc at this stage! not all vcc work now.

don't use a vcc for paypal bro i used it and my account is still restricted try with your debit card if its mastercard/visa sometime it accepts indian debit card unless you have a hdfc debit card as hdfc don't support paypal if you got icici it would work.

I would just create a freshbooks.com account for invoicing and make up some invoices for those sales that they are asking for. Make sure you backdate the invoice date to reflect the same date as the sales transaction date. I did this and it worked no problem.

But...

If you have multiple disputes opening up and that was the cause of the flag on your account then you will still have a chance to lift the limitation but they may want to call your customers on those transactions to verify.
