Paypal advice needed

Hi,

Need your help.
Is it true that paypal payment option as "gift" has no/less paypal fees?
And receiving a lot of "gift" payments will limit the account soon?

P.S. - I don't use paypal so much, hence still dont know anything about this. Thanks in advance for your answers.

Ya that is true. But if you are running a legit business then stay away from gift because since paypal won't be making their commission they won't tolerate anything unusual.
 
If i recall correctly, you still get charged a fee if you receive the money as a gift, but it is less. Also it allows the money to clear into your account, and doesnt allow the sender to do a chargeback. Doing anything without moderation can limit your paypal account, so i would be careful with that
 
Receiving too many gifts in a short period of time will create some suspicions in their minds. That would result in a limitation.
 
yes thats true.you can't receive too many gifts othewise paypal will limit your account without notice.
 
I got banned after a while as i was making too much money from people sending cash as a gift. Do not do it long term
 
Make sure to verify account first. Also if you are receiving large payments over $200 within a few days of each other make sure to withdraw each payment before sending another to avoid limitation.
 
i dont think so taht receive so much gift will centainly limit your account, but just stay on the radar.
dont receive more than 1 personal payment from 1 sender each day.
 
The gift option can raise red flags pretty easy and I would not suggest
overuse of it by any means.

I'd honestly prefer to just write it off and save the hassle.

Lost time is lost money.
 
If you receive payments as gift there are no fees for the sender and the receiver , although you shouldn't send or receive too many payments as gift as paypal will not be happy and limit your account eventually as they do not collect their commissions so one two times no harm but do not do this in daily basis.
