Paypal accounts (can't make payments)

I've a few Paypal accounts. Aside from my main account, i can't make payment on any one of them, although all those accounts are fully functional when it comes to receiving funds. As soon as i try to make a payment it asks me to verify phone number. I've verified phone number & Debit card but still not able to make transfer money out of them. The reason I'm posting this in Hire A Freelancer is because if someone is able to help me making the transfer out of these accounts. I'll pay them for that. Thanks.

Just leave it for 2 or 3 days without logging in, then login with " cookies " enabled, then make the transaction, it will b done, do that every time you face such problem, personal experience

There are some countries- like India- where only certain debit cards can be used for making payments. In India only Axis and Icici debit cards are allowed. Other debit cards can be used for receiving but not sending payments. Hope this helps you.

Maybe your cookies and locations. Do you login paypal with different locations ?

No.. I'm logging in from just one place and that's my home. I think this has to do with me being have many PayPal accounts, isn't it?

hi brother,
before i just have to know that , which country paypal you are using.
if indian paypal, you could not send to indian paypal. and you could not send payment from your paypal balance. you can send viayou debit card or credit card only. that debit/credit card have to added properly
