Paypal account with fake name

Years ago I made a paypal account with a fake name for privacy reasons, not knowing that it was against their terms of use. It was stupid of me and I regret this.

I want to close this account and create a new legitimate one. The only problem is that I have 3 dollars in this account (I got it from a beermoney website that used to payout to unverified paypal accounts), so paypal doesn’t allow me to close my account without withdrawing them.

I can't withdraw them without linking a card or a bank account, and I can't link a card/bank account because it must match the fake paypal name.

I can’t send the 3 dollars to any other account either, because I live in a country where you can’t use your paypal balance for payments. I have to link a card/bank account, withdraw them, and then I can send payments.

I don’t want these 3 dollars obviously. I just want to close my account. Any advice?

So Basically you can send the 3$ to a different paypal account? a UK/US User?

Like I said, PayPal in my region does not allow using the PayPal balance to spend/send money with, it's withdrawal only. I can only send money with a linked card.
